Saint Mary’s Sustainability Committee leads institutional efforts to advance sustainability on campus and beyond. The campus-wide committee reviews, recommends and facilitates the implementation of policies and programs that advance sustainability and environmental 正义 across Saint Mary’s, through education, 研究, community engagement and campus operations.

学生, staff and faculty can take advantage of numerous programs and initiatives offered by Saint Mary's Sustainability, mostly through the help of our engaged and passionate Sustainability Student Leaders. Throughout the year, these students certify Green Spaces, generate and implement sustainable food practices in Oliver Hall and beyond, 减少浪费, manage our ever-popular and expanding 免费存储, create inspiring social media content and educational materials, foster an inclusive Sustainability Living Learning Community, and lead our Green Gaels student club and Climate Reality Project.
